- Can I add a gift message to my order and/or have it gift wrapped? We would be happy to do our best to accommodate your gift wrapping request, please get in touch to discuss further.
- Do you offer exchanges or returns? We have a 30-day return policy, you can find out more about that here.
- Can I change my order? We will try our best to accommodate your change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.
- How does your sizing work? It can be tricky choosing a size, especially where different clothing brands have different shapes and different size labels from each other. To help, we hope you will find the information on each product page useful, we try to give the actual sizes of the product as accurately as possible. As always, if you have any further questions though, just tap the chat icon below and we'll help you out as much as we can.
- How are you prices so cheap, is this website and your products genuine? Fear not. We may be new but we are a genuine UK business and our products are the real deal. We love a bargain so we search high and low to find the best deals and bring then to you. All of our products are genuine, you'll find no fakes here. The reason they are such great value is because they are often 'end of line' - this just means they are heading out of season, so you get the same great quality, big brands but at discounted rates!
